My name is Gail Kreitzer.

I help people create space in their minds so they can focus on what matters most in their lives. I believe mental organization is a key pillar of health & wellness.

I teach an intuitive and visual approach to personal organization called Mind Management that reduces anxiety, enhances executive function and cultivates personal empowerment.

Additionally, I have invented a unique life management tool called MY Dashboard® Planner that helps people implement the Mind Management practice easily.

What is Mind Management?

Mind Management is an organizational practice that revolves around your MIND as opposed to your TIME. The foundation of Mind Management centers upon unpacking and organizing the complete contents of your mind via “mental dashboards” and then continuously assessing your tasks/thoughts both at the macro and micro levels. This method heightens self-awareness and fosters enhanced problem-solving.

So far, Gail has shared her Mind Management practice with over 1,000 people and has learned first hand that “modern overload” knows no boundaries. It impacts women, men, – working, and non-working- during every stage of life.


What is MY Dashboard® Planner?

MY Dashboard® Planner is the tool that Gail invented and manufactured to help people implement the Mind Management practice quickly and efficiently. Gail was frustrated with her home-made tool and decided to make something much more professional, long-lasting and user-friendly.

MY Dashboard® Planner looks like a typical planner from the outside, but on the inside, a whole new journey awaits you. It allows you to create, maintain and easily access dozens of separate to-do lists, each stored on individual MY Dashnotes® (a.k.a.sticky notes) that adhere to specially designed “dashboard” inserts. These dashboards allow you to see the big picture of your life which greatly improves problem-solving and decision-making.
